Friends of the Olive Tree Project
Moving trees alone is not enough. We know it, you know it. Were we operating alone,
our efforts would be too little and in vain.
Helping us are a number of companies, as well as municipalities, who are
equally concerned and want
to do their bit to help the olive trees.
A number of firms have offered to join us by making such
a pledge, never to harm the olive tree. Others help us by
offering their unwanted trees to relocate.
Companies who care for the natural environment and who show
such consideration should be recognised
for their small but important contribution.
We call on all other companies
to join us, we know you’re out there!

Kyrenia Municipal Council regularly helps us by donating olive trees affected
by road widening schemes.
